Returns

Returns are only accepted for eligible stock items, defective products, or shipping mistakes. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom, personalized, or made-to-order items unless they are defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Defective Products or Shipping Mistakes

If your product is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@rideuxa.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll resolve the issue by shipping a replacement item, providing a return shipping label, and/or issuing a refund when appropriate.

Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement after they have been processed.

Order Cancellations

While orders may be cancelled at any time during the production process, not all cancellations are eligible for refunds. The amount that can be refunded is dependent on the order's degree of completion:

Cancelled immediately after placing the order  Full refund
Cancelled before a design proof is sent Full refund
Cancelled after a design proof is sent 50% refund
Cancelled after a design is created and sent to print 50% refund
Cancelled after an order is printed, but before it ships Refund of shipping charge
Cancelled after an order ships No refund

Returns on Stock Items

Eligible stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new/resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved stock item returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items marked as final sale, including select products or collections, are not eligible for return.
