Order Processing

Orders typically take about 5 business days to be processed and for design proofs to be delivered. Once your order has been approved, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for printing before it leaves our facility.

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your order and our current workload. We do not guarantee processing times, so we recommend ordering your graphics at least two weeks before you actually need them.

Shipping

Orders over $100 are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders being sent elsewhere, or orders that require a different shipping method, can choose between the available options during the checkout process.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

International Shipping

Orders delivered outside the US have both standard rate and express international shipping options, neither of which include import duties, taxes, or other fees. The customer is responsible to pay those additional fees upon receipt.

Delivery

Once a package leaves our facility and enters the possession of a shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc), Ride UXA is not responsible for shipping problems, as any such problems are outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to, loss, damage, or delay. Should such an issue arise, the customer is advised to contact the appropriate shipping carrier (most of our orders are sent via UPS Ground) and file a claim.

Orders shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturdays, but is up to your local post office's discretion. Orders shipped via other means do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
